Short answer: Cold Call X is a one-time-purchase iPhone power dialer and private mobile CRM. It imports a user’s existing lead list, helps them call through it, and keeps lead data on-device.
What the product does
- Imports CSV files, Google Sheets, HubSpot contacts, and Salesforce leads or contacts (HubSpot and Salesforce are in beta).
- Supports manual, timed, and Rocket auto-call modes through the iPhone native phone app.
- Logs one-tap call outcomes (No Answer, Voicemail, Wrong Number, Callback, Interested, Not Interested), notes, and last-called state. No Answer, Voicemail and Interested schedule the next attempt and Not Interested or Wrong Number ends the sequence, with morning reminders and an exact-time alert for booked callbacks.
- Syncs call outcomes and notes back to HubSpot or Salesforce, and writes call notes back to a linked Google Sheet.
- Calling Hours only dials leads during their own daytime. Works with US, Canadian, UK, and Australian phone numbers.
- Tracks a daily dial goal and streaks, and shows list stats: connect rate, outcomes, and the best time to call.
- Supports text, WhatsApp, and email follow-up templates.
- Runs on iPhone with iOS 17.6 or later.
What it does not do
- It is not a web app, VoIP provider, or cloud CRM. Lead data stays on the iPhone and never reaches Cold Call X servers; CRM and Google Sheets data moves directly between the iPhone and the user’s own account.
- It does not generate or guess phone numbers, and its Do Not Call list is a personal suppression list, not a check against national registries.
- There is currently no public API, OpenAPI specification, MCP server, or WebMCP action surface.

Buyer fit and task guides
Cold Call X is built for individual callers working their own lead lists on an iPhone: one call at a time through their own cellular line, with a one-time app purchase and no recurring subscription. It currently has no shared team calling queue or manager dashboard. See the iPhone power dialer guide for the calling workflow and its limits.
For a list kept in Google Sheets, the app imports the selected tab and can write call notes back to its mapped Notes column. Call outcomes schedule follow-ups in the app; follow-up reminders are local notifications on the iPhone. See the Google Sheets calling and notes guide for setup and writeback boundaries, and the privacy policy for optional data flows. Current pricing and availability are shown on the App Store listing linked above.
For existing CRM lists, the beta integrations import HubSpot contacts or Salesforce leads and contacts. Call outcomes are logged on the HubSpot contact as calls or on the Salesforce record as completed call tasks, and notes sync with the connected CRM. See the HubSpot calling and sync guide and Salesforce calling and sync guide for supported records, setup and sync boundaries.
