The real estate power dialer for your iPhone.
Work FSBOs, expired listings, circle prospects, and your sphere from an iPhone. Cold Call X keeps list management, call pacing, notes, and follow-up in one focused workflow.
How to choose a real estate dialer
Agents do not need the same tool as a 50-seat contact center. Before choosing software, ask four practical questions: can it import your actual seller list, can you move between calls without losing context, can you follow up when a lead says “next week,” and can you afford it at your current volume? A dialer that promises hundreds of attempts an hour is not automatically better if it creates rushed conversations, a new VoIP identity, or another CRM to maintain.
For high-volume teams, cloud platforms compete on parallel dialing, coaching, CRM sync, and reporting. For a solo agent or small investor, a focused iPhone power dialer can be the simpler fit: import the list, call one person at a time, log the outcome, and keep the same caller ID that receives the callback.

Real estate dialers compared
This is a workflow comparison, not a claim that one product wins for every team. Prices and packaging change; the figures below were checked at source on August 24, 2026. Mojo pricing is assembled from its published à-la-carte structure; CallTools asks for a quote.
| Tool | Price observed | Best fit | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cold Call X | $12.99 one-time | Solo iPhone agents | Single-line; no team CRM |
| Mojo | $10 access + $89 single-line or $139 triple-line / month | High-volume prospecting | Cloud workflow and add-ons |
| PhoneBurner | $140/user/month Standard, annual pricing | Teams needing follow-up automation | Seat-based subscription |
| Calley | Free up to 25 calls/day; Pro $29/mo promotional price | Mobile list dialing | Web panel + app workflow |
| CallTools | Custom quote | Teams and contact centers | Requires sales estimate |
Privacy row: Cold Call X's App Store listing says Data Not Collected; cloud tools vary, so check each vendor's current policy before choosing.

The iPhone workflow for FSBOs and expireds
Start with one clean list per campaign. Import a CSV or Google Sheet from your lead source, let columns auto-map, and keep an owner’s multiple numbers attached to one lead. Filter by timezone and uncalled status before a session; use Hot, Warm, and Cold tags after the conversation. That small amount of structure beats a giant spreadsheet where the callback promise disappears.
Cold Call X gives you Manual, Rocket, 5-second, 10-second, and randomized Timer modes. Rocket is useful when you are simply working through names; a short timer gives you a moment to read the property note or reset before the next call. After a conversation, add the asking price, condition, motivation, and next step while the details are fresh. Create the calendar callback before moving on.
Import
CSV or Google Sheets, with large lists and multiple phone fields.
Dial
Your iPhone, your carrier, your caller ID, one live conversation at a time.
Follow up
Tags, notes, templates, and calendar events keep warm leads warm.
Privacy and dialing controls matter
Cold Call X is designed around numbers you imported. It does not generate or guess numbers, and calls go from your own number through your own carrier. The App Store listing says Data Not Collected; your lists stay on-device with encrypted iCloud backup in your own account. That is a different model from a cloud dialer that stores campaigns, call records, and team activity in a vendor account.
This is not a compliance shortcut. Cold Call X includes a personal Do Not Call suppression list, but it does not scrub the National DNC Registry. Check federal and state requirements, honor opt-outs, and get legal advice for your campaign. For a broader explanation, read our auto dialer laws guide.
Built for skip-traced lists
Export your list from PropStream, BatchLeads, DealMachine, or any skip-tracing service as a CSV and import it straight into Cold Call X. Columns auto-map, and lists with thousands of property owners load without breaking a sweat. Keeping your working sheet in Google Sheets? Import it directly.
Every owner number, one lead
Skip traces often return three or four numbers per owner. Cold Call X keeps multi-number leads together, so you work the property, not a pile of duplicate rows. Tag motivated sellers Hot, note the asking price, and see at a glance when you last called.
Dial like a wholesaler
Driving for dollars paid off, now get through the list. Rocket mode dials the next owner the moment you hang up, or set a countdown to leave yourself prep time between calls. Every call goes out from your own number through the iPhone dialer: no VoIP line, no per-minute fees.
Multi-market? Mind the timezone.
Working deals in two or three markets? Filter EST or CST so you never catch a seller at dinner. Filter to uncalled leads to keep pipeline moving, or shuffle the order when a stale list needs fresh eyes.
Follow up before the deal cools
A seller says "call me Friday", lock it in as an iOS calendar event before you hang up. Send follow-up texts or WhatsApp messages from customizable templates in one tap, and keep every note attached to the lead.
Real estate dialing, answered
Does Cold Call X work with skip-traced lists?+
Yes. Any skip-tracing service that exports CSV works, PropStream, BatchLeads, DealMachine, REISift, and others. Import the CSV or a Google Sheet and columns like owner name, phone numbers, and notes auto-map.
Can one seller have multiple phone numbers?+
Yes. Multi-number leads are built in, so an owner with three skip-traced numbers stays one lead instead of three duplicate rows.
Do I need a VoIP number for real estate cold calling?+
No. Cold Call X dials through your iPhone's native phone app from your own number. There is no VoIP line to rent and no per-minute fees, and your caller ID stays consistent.
Is cold calling still legal for real estate agents?+
Yes, within the rules. Federal TCPA and Do-Not-Call law (plus state versions) set permitted hours, consent, and opt-out requirements; our auto dialer laws guide walks through them in plain English. Cold Call X dials only numbers you imported, from your own number through your own carrier, and includes a personal DNC suppression list. It does not scrub the National DNC Registry, and this is not legal advice, verify current rules before dialing.
How much does a real estate dialer cost?+
It ranges from a one-time app purchase to monthly cloud seats. Cold Call X is $12.99 once, no subscription, no per-seat fees. The cloud platforms in the comparison table above charge per user per month, typically $10 in access fees plus $89–$140+ for dialer lines. Match a year of your call volume against both models before choosing.
Should a solo agent use a power dialer or a predictive dialer?+
A single-line power dialer fits most solo agents: one live conversation at a time, controlled pacing, and your own caller ID. Predictive and parallel dialers place simultaneous calls across multiple VoIP lines, impossible on one iPhone line, and suit high-volume teams chasing raw dials per hour. Our power dialer vs parallel dialer guide breaks down when each model fits.
