Lead lists, contact details imported by you, notes, tags, your in-app Do Not Call suppression list, message templates, preferences, and most workflow state are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your complete lead database to our Local Number service. You control the lead data you import and must have the right to use it.
The App keeps automatic daily backups of that on-device data so you can restore it if something goes wrong. Backups stay on your device unless you turn on iCloud Backup in Settings. If you do, the App also writes an encrypted copy to your own iCloud Drive so you can restore it on another device. Those backups are encrypted on your device with a key stored in your device keychain, are held in your Apple account rather than ours, and are not readable by us or by Apple. iCloud Backup is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off or delete your backups in Settings at any time. Your account, subscription, sign-in credentials, and Local Number identity are deliberately excluded from backups.
If you choose Google Sheets import, the App connects directly to Google using OAuth and retrieves the spreadsheet data you select. Google identity and access-token information is used only for that optional integration and is separate from Local Number identity, entitlement, and billing. Google's handling of information is governed by Google's policies. You can disconnect Google in Settings.
Cold Call X's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you use Local Numbers, we and our service providers process information needed to authenticate the installation, recover your account, provide a telephone number, place and settle calls, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, support purchases, and delete the account. This can include:
We do not use Google identity as the identity or billing authority for Local Numbers.
Local Number calls use Telnyx and telecommunications networks. Call audio and signaling necessarily pass through those providers to complete the call. Cold Call X does not provide call recording and does not intentionally record or store call audio. Your carrier and service providers may process call data under their own policies and legal obligations.
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat processes subscription and in-app-purchase entitlement information so the App and our server can determine which features and credits are active. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
We use:
These providers process information as needed to provide their respective services and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
We use information to provide and secure the App, authenticate accounts and installations, recover purchases and numbers across reinstalls, route and settle calls, apply plan limits, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, reconcile provider records, comply with law, and protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking.
On-device information remains until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App, subject to iOS backup behavior. If you turned on iCloud Backup, encrypted copies remain in your iCloud Drive until you delete them in Settings or remove them yourself from the Files app. Local Number records are retained while needed to provide and secure the service and to meet fraud-prevention, transaction, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. After account deletion, we may retain a pseudonymous billing-continuity record of the current paid period's remaining allowances, purchase/settlement deduplication markers, and anti-fraud counters so deleting and recreating an account cannot duplicate paid credits. We also retain indefinitely, for fraud prevention, a pseudonymous lifetime claim and related records used to enforce the one included first phone-number benefit across deletion, reinstall, and account linking. These records can include an SHA-256 hash of the internal account identifier, claim timestamp and source, an internal order reference when available, hashed legacy-to-account transfer bindings, and a consumed, unused, or manual-review status with review timestamps and a non-identifying evidence category. These retained records do not contain the released phone number, call destinations, calling credentials, raw Sign in with Apple subject, or Sign in with Apple token. Provider records may be retained under the provider's policies and applicable law.
You can delete your Local Number account and associated Local Number data from the Local Number Plan screen. Deletion releases the assigned number and deletes or de-identifies account data under our control, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate transaction/security purposes. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions are managed in Apple's subscription settings. You can delete local lead lists and disconnect Google separately.
We use platform attestation, server-side authorization, encrypted network transport, provider access controls, usage limits, and other safeguards designed to protect the service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cold Call X is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
The App is currently offered for use in the United States and Canada. The Local Number service is currently offered for U.S. use. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy as the App or law changes. We will update the effective date and, when a change is material, provide an in-app notice or require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
By using Cold Call X, you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
